“At 11:56 AM on April 11, Lincoln Police Officers were notified of a shoplifting that had just occurred at Home Depot. The suspects, one male and one female, reportedly left the store with power tools making no attempt to pay for them (later determined to be worth about $470). The suspects fled the store in a vehicle prior to the officer’s arrival.
A Lincoln Police Officer saw the vehicle traveling southbound on Highway 65, south of Twelve Bridges Drive. The vehicle was stopped and the occupants were identified as Larry Branch, 30 and Lynisha Johnson, 27, of Sacramento.
A Home Depot employee positively identified them as the suspects and the stolen items were recovered from the vehicle. Branch was arrested for petty theft, conspiracy, and a warrant from the Davis Police Department (robbery). Johnson was arrested for petty theft, conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were booked at the South Placer Jail.”
