“Last night, Sutter County Deputies were conducting an investigation in the area of Carlson Road and made contact with 57-year old Yuba City resident Benjamin Ornelas, who was on probation.
A probation search was conducted, resulting in the discovery of a loaded shotgun and ammunition.
Ornelas is prohibited from possessing these items and was subsequently arrested for several alleged felony violations.
He was subsequently booked into Sutter County Jail.”
