“This afternoon, members of the West Sacramento Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit located and apprehended suspect, Jayson “Bosco” Garcia. Garcia was wanted for numerous warrants out of Sacramento County, Woodland P.D and West Sacrament P.D. The warrant originating from our agency was for numerous felonies related to five separate cases by our agency in the last year.
Mr. Garcia was apprehended without incident and arrested on numerous new felony charges including possession for sale and distribution of heroin, possession for sale and distribution of methamphetamine, possession for sale and distribution of marijuana and possession of burglary tools.
Mr. Garcia was booked into the Yolo County jail on the numerous warrants as well as fresh charges with a bail enhancement. This is the third arrest of Mr. Garcia by the West Sacramento Police Departments SIU Team in the last six weeks.
Mr. Garcia was also in possession of numerous items which are potentially stolen. Anyone with information related to Mr. Garcia’s criminal activity is asked to contact the West Sacramento Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit at crimetip@cityofwestsacramento.org.”
