“On November 27, 2020 at approximately 6:05 p.m., Santa Cruz Police Officers were dispatched to the public parking lot located at 100 Front St. for a call of a physical disturbance between a male and female subject. When officers arrived on scene, it was discovered that the male had been stabbed by the female subject identified as 19 year-old Michelle Antonio-Moreno. Antonio-Moreno was apprehended by responding officers in the immediate area.

The male victim was identified as 46 year-old George Mario Castellanos who was ground transported to Valley Medical Center in San Jose, Ca. where he was treated for his injuries and is listed in stable condition. Antonio-Moreno was also transported to Dominican Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries related to the physical altercation and medical clearance prior to booking.
