Folsom car burglary suspect arrested after being caught on home surveillance

“Just after 3:30 a.m on Saturday morning, FPD dispatch received a call reporting a suspicious person checking door handles in the caller’s driveway. Officers located and detained a person matching the provided description, walking down the street from the caller’s house.
Officers learned 32 year old, Denis Samusenko of North Highlands, was on probation for multiple prior theft related charges. During a search, Officers found Samusenko was in possession of heroin, as well as over $1,000.00 worth of the original caller’s property.
Samusenko was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on multiple felony theft, and drug related charges.”
