A Grass Valley man has been arrested in connection to the suspected murder of his mother and stepfather.

Regional dispatch received a call just before 11 PM on Wednesday, May 27, from a man who said he needed police and then immediately hung up without identifying himself.

Dispatched traced the call and sent officers to the 15000 block of Greenhorn Road, where deputies say a visibly agitated Dennis Wallace (age 60, of Grass Valley) was waiting for them.

Deputies then searched the house and reportedly found the bodies of Robert Breedlove (87) and Patricia Breedlove (80), who appeared to have died of blunt force trauma.

Wallace was arrested and booked at the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on suspicion of murder.
