The Madera Police Department responded to a break-in burglary at the 6 Star gas station –
“Early this morning we received an alarm call at the 6 Star gas station in the 1500 block of E. Yosemite.
Several of our officers were nearby and able to respond to the alarm activation in under a minute.
When officers arrived, they discovered a broken front glass door and 47-year-old Jonathan Campbell inside the business.
Jonathan broke into the business and was in the process of loading approximately two thousand dollars’ worth of cigarettes into a shopping cart he placed outside the front door.
