A Las Vegas man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing two juvenile relatives of his during an altercation.

Around 7:30 PM on April 1, deputies responded to the 4900 block of Bucktail Lane in Heritage Ranch to investigate a reported incident of assault with a deadly weapon. 39-year-old Romen Homero DeLeon had reportedly gotten into a fight with two juveniles, ages 14 and 17, during which he had allegedly stabbed both of them.

DeLeon himself had also been stabbed and fled the scene in a car, but was soon stopped by deputies and taken to a hospital for medical clearance.

Authorities say nobody’s injuries were life-threatening.

DeLeon has since been booked on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and willful cruelty to a child with the possibility of injury or death.
