ARMONA – A shooting occurred on February 17 near Hume Avenue and Manzanita Street.
A 28-year-old male, 20-year-old female and their 7-month-old daughter were driving in a Chevrolet Silverado. In front of them, 21-year-old Adam Hernandez drove and 20-year-old Robert Collins rode in the back seat.
The two vehicles collided but there was no damage to either vehicle. Collins got out and fired, hitting the back window and hood of the Silverado.
Detectives later contacted Collins, who came to the Sheriff’s office and subsequently confessed to the shooting.
He was booked on various charges, including attempted homicide.
On MArch 11, Hernandez was also arrested and booked on various charges.
