Hemet Police release statement on fatal stabbing investigation

On Monday, December 30, at about 5:50 PM, City of Hemet Fire responded to the 1300 block of E Oakland Ave regarding a medical aid. Hemet Fire personnel located an unresponsive 63-year old male inside a vehicle. The male victim suffered from a stab wound to the chest and succumbed to his injuries while at the scene.

 

This is an active investigation and Hemet Police Investigators are talking with a person of interest. No additional details to include the victim’s identity are being released at this time.
