OREGON HOUSE – On August 27th at 8:00 a.m., the Yuba County Marijuana Enforcement Team (METYU) and the Yuba County Code Enforcement Department, with search warrant in hand, went to a residence in the 13000 block of Neptune Lane.

The warrant pertained to a suspected illegal cannabis cultivation site.

During the search, authorities discovered 901 marijuana plants in the residence that had been converted into a grow site.

51-year-old New York resident Zhanpeng Zeng was arrested for illegal cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale.

The press releases states that Zeng “appeared to be living at the site.”
