COLUSA – On August 11th the Colusa Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Market and Third Streets.
Ricardo Olivares Jiminez, the driver of the vehicle, had a warrant out of Sutter County.

In addition, his passenger, Rebecca Herrera, had a warrant out for her arrest out of Colusa County.
Jiminez had several bags of methamphetamine, and two pipes in his possession (see photo).
The pair were arrested and booked into the Colusa County Jail.
