NAPA – a man drove his SUV into the corner of a house on August 22. The 7:50 p.m. incident occurred near the corner of Laurel Street and Kilburn Avenue.

Arriving officers began a foot pursuit of the fleeing driver. It didn’t take long before 29-year-old Jonathan Palacio found himself reluctantly, and with resistance, in handcuffs.
Palacio’s charges include DUI, hit and run, resisting arrest and driving on a suspended license.
No one was in the damaged house at the time of the accident. Therefore no injuries resulted.
