“On Wednesday, July 14th, the Napa Special Investigations Bureau arrested 52 year old, Douglas Stephen Combs, after responding to a disturbance call.

Napa County Sheriff’s Deputies found an ounce of methamphetamine on Mr. Combs, who was probation. During the search of his residence, NSIB found 101 pounds of processed marijuana, a butane hash oil (BHO) lab, 13 grams of methamphetamine, 11 Xanax pills, a large amount of suspected gun powder, ammunition, cardboard tubes consistent with commercial grade fireworks, and two Shuriken aka “Ninja Stars.”
Mr. Combs is in custody and facing multiple felony charges.

COMBS has multiple previous felony convictions, including sales of narcotics, felon in possession of ammunition, and possession of an explosive device.
