A spot on Tulare County Sheriff’s Office “Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” has opened up. Miguel Caraves attempted to flee unnoticed from Pixley Deputies as they responded to an unrelated call at a home on the 8000 block of Road 132 in Teviston.

Caraves was not stealthy enough. He quickly had deputies chasing him on foot through several properties. In a final attempt to ditch cops, Caraves tried to steal an ATV from a juvenile female but was denied. Before he could commence the foot chase again, Caraves was tased and arrested.

The 40-year old Pixley man was wanted on several charges including domestic violence, child endangerment, attempted robbery, breaking a restraining-order, and probation violations.
