GRASS VALLEY — Police have arrested one Aaron Ciaffoni (37), a local of Grass Valley, on prowling and theft charges.
After being caught red-handed rummaging through a vehicle in a public parking lot by the vehicle’s owner, Ciaffoni fled.
It wasn’t long before Grass Valley PD officers were on his heels.
Grass Valley PD reports in a press release that Ciaffoni has been arrested on four separate occasions in the past year. The department is also working to determine if any of the property in his possession might be tied to other thefts yet to be reported.
