REDDING — On April 27th at around 9 AM, Redding PD officers served a Shasta County Superior Court search warrant at 810 Gold Street after learning that tenents were selling hard drugs.

The owner of the home, 60-year-old Robert Lehr, already on probation for possession of meth — was allegedly renting out rooms to people who were using and selling controlled substances.

Lehr and his tenents — Matthew Sanchez (36), Erica Hutchinson (30), Karen Anunson (54), Kirsten Anunson (34), and Dana Stanley (32), all of Redding — were all located at the home, along with evidence indicating the continued use and sales of controlled substances including 7.6 grams of heroin, hypodermic syringes, a scale, and cash.

All subjects admitted to knowledge of illegal drug sales/use and were arrested for “maintaining a narcotic residence.” Additionally, Lehr and Stanley are charged with probation violation.

Based on the official Redding Police Department press release.
