SAN JOSE — The San Jose Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who has committed multiple robberies within the San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont, and Stockton area.

Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance identifying and locating an armed robbery suspect who committed multiple robberies during October and November of 2016.

According to San Jose Officer Albert Morales, “Between October 17, 2016, and November 7, 2016, a series of armed robberies occurred throughout Northern California.”

Police detailed how the suspect would wear a dark hoodie pulled over his head while opting to wear a bright orange construction vest.  He would then enter into the targeted liquor store and demand that the clerk give him money while pulling a small handgun from the waistband of his jeans.

The suspect is being described as an Asian or Filipino adult male who is believed to be in his early 20’s, standing approximately 5’8″, weighing approximately 175 lbs. The suspect was seen running from the scene and entering a late 1990s model Ford Explorer or XLT to flee the scene.
