SANTA ANA — In the early hours of Friday, February 10th, the SAPD Vice and Narcotic Unit were on an investigation of prostitution activity along Harbor Boulevard.
They spotted a female walking away from two vehicles and begin walking up and down the “prostitution corridor.” Two males got out of the two vehicles, apparently to supervise and protect the female.
The female then got into the car of what police concluded was a potential customer, and they approached and stopped the transaction.
In addition, a 17-year-old female was discovered being trafficked for prostitution.
9 total arrests were made during the morning — the others being 2 “johns” and 4 other females for solicitation.
