Four suspects arrested for narcotics

According to Paso Robles PD, detectives were conducting a narcotics investigation on Thursday, June 23 at around 3:20 p.m. at the Motel 6 located at 1134 Black Oak Drive. They received reports of ongoing suspicious activity at the location.

Detectives contacted two suspects in the parking lot. The two suspects were found to be in possession of narcotics and they were arrested at the scene.

The suspects were identified as Kay Marie Signorelli, 29, of Morro Bay and Mike Rudy Delaroca, 20, of Paso Robles.

While interviewing the suspects, the detectives learned that both suspects were staying in a room at the Motel.

Detectives went to the room and contacted the occupants, who were identified as Cory Willis Iliff, 37, and Samantha Marjorie Hogle, 49, who were local residents.

According to the report, Iliff was on probation for narcotic offenses so detectives proceeded to search the room, where they located various controlled substances.

Signorelli was booked into the SLO County Jail for possession and the selling of controlled substances, and criminal conspiracy.

Hogle was booked into the SLO County Jail for possession and the selling of controlled substances, criminal conspiracy and committing a felony while released on bail.

Iliff was booked at the Paso Robles PD jail for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and destruction of evidence.

Delaroca was booked at the Paso Robles PD jail for possession of controlled substances.

Iliff and Delaroca were later released.
