Madera Farm Worker Faces False Imprisonment Charges

An arrest was made involving a laborer in Madera.

According to the official report released by the Madera County Department of Corrections, 28-year-old Clemente Tamayo was booked on charges of inflicting corporal injury on his spouse/cohabitant and false imprisonment. The arrest was made by officers of the Madera Police Department last Tuesday.

According to the MCDC records, Tamayo is being held on a bond of $100,000. It does not appear, as of yet, that anyone has stepped forward to pay his bail.
