Brazen Daylight Burglars Still At Large in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif – The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating three residential burglary suspects caught on surveillance (video below).

On September 23, 2015, at approximately 12:35 PM, a residential burglary occurred on Mantis Dr. in East San Jose. A red SUV — possibly a Jeep — with tinted windows was observed circling the area before three suspects came into view. They were observed on video along with a possible suspect, the getaway driver.

The three forced entry into the home through a side garage entrance and were able to steal an undisclosed amount of cash and jewelry.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male in his late teens to early 20s, thin to medium build, dark complexion, wearing a blue hat with white writing and a lighter color flat bill, dark blue sweatshirt or shirt with multi-color design on top, dark baggy jeans with some faded wash, and shoes with red laces.

Suspect #2 is described as a Hispanic male in his late teens to early 20s, medium complexion, dark hair, dark moustache, wearing a two-toned hooded sweatshirt (light blue top and dark blue bottom with “Staple” in white letters and the number “75” on back, lighter colored jeans, and dark shoes.

Suspect #3 is described as a black male in his late teens to early 20s, dark complexion and heavy build, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a pocket pouch in front, red boxers, and blue and white shoes.
