Woman Caught Selling Drugs from her Car

The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office has a woman in custody for allegedly selling narcotics from her vehicle.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to a call around 1:30 p.m. on Friday regarding to a call of suspicious activity in front of the Tree Man Nursery, located at 2630 Ramada Drive in Templeton.

Deputies were told a female suspect in front of the location may be selling narcotics from her vehicle. When deputies arrived on the scene, they contacted Lisa Noelle Stemper, 45, of Templeton.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies discovered more than two ounces of suspected methamphetamine. They also discovered an undisclosed amount of US currency and other drug sales-related paraphernalia.

Stemper was placed in custody for possession of methamphetamine for sale as well as being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was transported and booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
