Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a fugitive said to be “armed and dangerous,” have gang affiliations and who is wanted in two California counties.
Matthew Dwayne Greene, 41, is suspected of committing unlawful sexual assault on a minor in San Diego. A warrant was issued Dec. 13, 2013 for his arrest. Thursday, San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force announced a reward of up to a $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.
