Prosecutors charged three Livermore teens Monday with dealing heroin and marijuana from a residence on Seventh Street, according to a press release from the Livermore Police Department.
Livermore police arrested the trio, all males, ages 16, 17 and 18, on Nov. 27 after allegedly seeing the 16-year-old sell heroin to two people in a parked car outside of 2347 Seventh Street.
