The ‘Self-Employed’ Prostitute

HAWTHORNE, CA—Most charges for prostitution and the intent to prostitute sexual services tend to not include information about the alleged prostitute’s occupational status.

2100 Petersham Court in Las Vegas

Bianca Lexis Bolden may contribute to a policy change on the street. As her name implies, the 20-year old Las Vegas resident appears to have been unabashed in her disclosure that she is “self-employed” when Hawthorne police popped her for loitering with the intent to prostitute.

Although there was the added charge of “false identification given to a police officer,” one wonders why the address given and reported was the 2100 block of Petersham Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bolden, who has a similar “intent to prostitute” prior with LAPD, was not available for comment. Her cumulative bail was set at $35,000.

It was wagered that she could be in isolation where she is being held, a cell known among police as “the hole.”
