Oildale women arrested for selling meth

OILDALE — A women was arrested in Oildale on Friday after officers discovered she was selling drugs during a search.

Jackie White, a 53-year-old Bakersfield resident was booked into the Kern County Jail Central Receiving Facility on various narcotics related charges, including possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sales, possession of marijuana, maintaining a residence for narcotics sales and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

Her bail has been set at $60,000.

According to investigators with the California Multi-Jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team, they discovered suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and items indicative of narcotics sales during the execution of a search warrant in the 100 Block of Warren Avenue in Oildale at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 22.

Investigators alos said that they had recently received information that White was involved in the sales of methamphetamine and obtained a search warrant for her residence.
