Resident Shot After Interrupting Car Break-In

Police have arrested an 18-year-old man who shot another man with a pellet gun after the victim discovered him in the process of burglarizing his car on the 7000 block of Santa Barbara Drive early Friday morning.

At around 2 am Friday, the resident discovered a thief inside his unlocked car parked outside his home, according to police. The resident confronted the young man, later identified as Jason Jensen, who pulled out a pellet gun and shot him repeatedly in the face and arms.
