Two suspects were taken into custody by San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives for running a drug lab.
The sheriff’s department was conducting a rolling surveillance on a suspected drug dealer on Wednesday about 5 p.m. when they stopped a vehicle and discovered ecstasy tablets inside the car.
Sheriffs arrested Marcus Anthony Frazier, 22 of Los Osos and Melissa Anne Wilson, 25 of San Luis Obispo.
Detectives served a search warrant at Wilson’s home in the 1700 block of Cordova in San Luis Obispo where the drug manufacturing lab was found, along with more ecstasy pills.
The Sheriff’s department utilized the narcotics hazardous materials trailer to process the scene due to chemicals present in the home.
Frazier and Wilson were booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail on drug possession and manufacturing charges.
Bail was set at $500,000 each.
