According to County Sheriff spokesman Lt. Robert Miller, the kidnapping began near the cross streets of Parlier and Zediker Avenues at 11:15 p.m.

“Several subjects left a party and were walking to their vehicles, when they were approached by two armed suspects who ordered them to the ground and demanded money,” Miller said.

Miller also stated that one of the victims tried to intervene, but was beaten. The victim though was not seriously hurt according to Miller. There was also one round that was fired off during the incident, but no one at the scene was struck by the gunfire.

The two suspects forced Llamas into a white colored 1998 Toyota Camry and fled the scene, with a license plate that read 6SKW418.

According to Sheriff spokesman Chris Curtice, Llamas was found at a rural home in Merced County approximately around 4:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

“Llamas responded that the kidnappers had dropped her off a short time earlier and drove away,” Curtice said. “Fresno County Sheriff’s responded and made contact with Llamas. She was transported to the sheriff’s office before she returned home. She was not injured during the ordeal.”

At this point, sheriff authorities are now looking for the male suspects at-large for the kidnapping.

Both males are being described as Hispanic with a 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 average build according to county sheriff‘s. One of them was wearing a white shirt while the other was described as wearing a red shirt. Miller also indicated that one of them had a mustache and both men are approximately 30 years of age.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two males is being asked to call the sheriff department at (559) 488-3111.
