A tip to police led to the arrest of a burglary suspect last week in Lincoln.

On the afternoon of April 2, police were alerted that the suspect was going to be at a parking lot on the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard with some tools he allegedly stole during a burglary earlier in the week.

An officer arrived and made contact with the suspect, 26-year-old Sean Hohn, who turned out to be on searchable probation.

Indeed, the stolen tools were found in his vehicle. They’ve since been returned to the victim.

Hohn was arrested and booked on suspicion of possession of stolen property, as well as possession of methamphetamine, a meth pipe, and burglary tools.
