Concord Teen Arrested After Suspected Drag Race Causes Crash

An 18-year-old Concord woman has been arrested after she allegedly caused a car to flip and crash in a Pleasant Hill parking lot just after 12:40 a.m. Tuesday.

Lazarov’s green Honda Civic was able to stop without hitting anything else, but the other car — a silver Ford Focus — ran off the road and landed upside down in the parking lot.
