Juvenile Arrested Following E-Bike Collision with Pedestrian in Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, CA  — Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 14-year-old male following a traffic collision involving a pedestrian and an e-bike on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
