Juvenile Victim Snaps Photo of Suspect’s Vehicle, Leading to Arrest

NOVATO – According to a press release yesterday from the Novato Police Department, one of the victims of a child molester spotted the perpetrator’s vehicle in downtown Novato and snapped a
