Suspect with a Suspended Driver’s License Arrested for Vehicular Manslaughter

RICHMOND, CA — Don J. Mack, 66, of Richmond, was arrested on August 30. Mack was booked on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run, while driving with a suspended license.
