Lake Isabella Woman Arrested in Bakersfield for Burglary

LAKE ISABELLA — A 59-year-old Lake Isabella woman was arrested in Bakersfield on Thursday for breaking into homes. Eva Rogers was booked into the Kern County Central Receiving Facility on
