“On Thursday, December 9, GVPD Officers made a traffic stop that led to the arrest of 38 year old Shannon Dolan – a Nevada County resident.
Dolan was a convicted felon and on probation in Sonoma County.
In her car, Dolan had an ounce of Fentanyl (purple & white in color), 1.33 grams of Methamphetamine, 40 Hydrocodone pills, a scale, coin baggies,, and other drug paraphernalia.
Dolan also possessed a stun gun and pepper spray.”
