Sonoma County Authorities Arrest Two for Alleged Human Trafficking of Minor

ROHNERT PARK, CA — “On August 25, 2026, the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety conducted a human trafficking operation focused on identifying individuals seeking to exploit minors for commercial sexual activity and other criminal conduct.

During the operation, investigators identified Blake Allen Johnson and Harlaik Singh as suspects in two separate investigations. Based on evidence developed during those investigations, both individuals were arrested for multiple felony offenses involving the alleged exploitation of a minor.

Blake Allen Johnson was arrested for the following violations:

  • California Penal Code § 236.1(c) – Human Trafficking of a Minor
  • California Penal Code § 288.4 – Arranging a Meeting with a Minor for Lewd Purposes
  • California Penal Code § 1203.2 – Violation of Probation

Harlaik Singh was arrested for the following violations:

  • California Penal Code § 236.1(c) – Human Trafficking of a Minor
  • California Penal Code § 288.4 – Arranging a Meeting with a Minor for Lewd Purposes

Human trafficking involving minors is one of the most serious forms of exploitation investigated by law enforcement. California law recognizes minors involved in commercial sexual activity as victims of exploitation. Operations such as this are intended to identify and arrest individuals who seek to exploit vulnerable children.
