Lindsay Man Arrested Following Sexual Assault Report Involving 13-Year-Old Minor
LINDSAY, CA — On August 9, 2026, a 13-year-old female reported to law enforcement that she had been sexually assaulted in the outskirts of Lindsay.
Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation and identified the suspect as 46-year-old Irineo Guzman. On August 13, 2026, law enforcement personnel located Guzman and took him into custody.
Following his arrest, Guzman was transported to the Adult Pre-Trial Detention Facility, where he was booked on charges of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14.
