Rancho Cordova Man Arrested on Allegations of Public Lewd Conduct in Folsom Incidents

FOLSOM, CA  — “On August 1, 2026, Folsom Police Department Patrol Officers responded to Barnes & Noble at the Palladio after receiving reports of a man engaging in lewd conduct inside the store.

The individual left the area before officers arrived. During the initial investigation, Officers learned the same man was also involved in a similar incident earlier that day at Sun & Shade in Folsom, where the behavior was reported by an employee.

Detectives identified the suspect as Clifford Robinson, 34, of Rancho Cordova, who was later arrested on August 4, 2026, and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of felony indecent exposure and additional misdemeanor charges with bail set at $350,000.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims. Robinson was at the Palladio on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from approximately 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you had contact with Robinson during that time and believe you may have been a victim, please email Detective Howard at jhoward@folsom.ca.us.”
