Man Arrested After Deputies Respond to Reports of Man on Roof of Safeway Building
SACRAMENTO, CA — ”Central Division Deputies responded to the Safeway on Elk Grove Florin Road after security reported a man on the roof of the building.
Deputies located and safely arrested 22-year-old Ruben Duran, who was on felony probation and had an outstanding felony warrant for making threats with a weapon.

Editor’s Note: No information was provided as to why Duran was on the roof of Safeway. Duran has 14 arrests, the majority for possession of controlled substances, on his record dating back too 2021.
