School Proctor Arrested in Victorville on Child Pornography and Lewd Conduct Charges
VICTORVILLE, CA — On May 26, 2026, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Specialized Investigations Division-Crimes Against Children Detail received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the online upload of child sexual abuse material.
Through the course of the investigation, authorities identified 22-year-old Victorville resident Dylan Patrick Beckham as the suspect. At the time of the reported incident, Beckham was employed as a proctor at Village STEAM School. Investigators located evidence indicating that Beckham had recorded lewd images of himself while located on the school property. Following this discovery, staff members from the Victor Elementary School District were notified of the investigation and provided cooperation to law enforcement personnel. Investigators have stated that, based on current information, there is no indication that any students from the school were victimized.
On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at approximately 8:00 AM, investigators from the Crimes Against Children Detail arrested Beckham in the 16000 block of Jurassic Place in Victorville. Beckham was subsequently booked into the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto under Case No. 602600077. He is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail on charges of violating Penal Code 311.11(a) for possession of child pornography and Penal Code 647a for lewd acts in a public place.
