Visalia Detectives Seek Public Assistance to Identify Suspects in $7,000 E-Bike Theft

VISALIA, CA — The Visalia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in the theft of high-value e-bikes earlier this month.

The incident occurred on April 5, 2026, at approximately 12:45 a.m. at a residence on W. Green Acres. According to investigators, two male suspects hopped a fence and utilized cutting tools to bypass a lock. The suspects fled the scene with two Trek e-bikes, which have a combined estimated value of $7,000.

Surveillance footage captured the theft in progress. One of the suspects briefly removed his face covering during the incident, providing detectives with a clear image of his facial features. This individual is further described as having a “V” tattoo on his right hand and additional tattoos on his left leg and shin.

Detectives believe members of the community may recognize the suspects based on the video evidence and the specific descriptions provided.
