Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Arrests Fontana Resident Amid CSAM Investigation

FONTANA, CA — Detectives with the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested 20-year-old Fontana resident Jesse Berrera on April 8, 2026, following an investigation into the online distribution of child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM.

The arrest followed the execution of a search warrant at Berrera’s residence, located in the 9000 block of Beech Avenue in Fontana. During the search, investigators seized multiple electronic devices and recovered evidence linked to the distribution of illicit material. Berrera was subsequently booked at the West Valley Detention Center on charges of possession of child pornography.

The ICAC Task Force is currently working to identify additional victims who may have been exploited by Berrera. Based on the ongoing investigation, detectives believe some of these individuals may be located within the Los Angeles area.

The Fontana Police Department is requesting that anyone with information relevant to this case contact the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force via email or by calling Detective Romo directly. The department emphasizes its ongoing efforts to address internet-based crimes and ensure community safety.
