Suspect Identified in String of Thefts from Central California Lowe’s Stores
FRESNO, CA — “Organized Retail Theft (ORT) Team detectives have conducted an investigation on thefts targeting Lowe’s stores in Fresno and surrounding cities between November 2025 and February 2026.
Issac Navarro has been identified as a suspect for theft cases, with losses exceeding $7,000. Detectives conducted a search warrant related to this investigation on Monday, March 9, 2026. During the service of the search warrant, detectives recovered over $3,000 worth of stolen property and two unregistered firearms. The recovered property was returned to Lowe’s.
Suspect Isaac Navarro is currently wanted on multiple felony charges, including Felony Grand Theft and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
