Unserialized Loaded Gun and Narcotics Reportedly Discovered During San Jose Traffic Stop
“Early this morning, Officers conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle parked along a red curb that led to a firearm and narcotics arrest.
During contact with the driver, Officers observed small packages containing suspected methamphetamine and cocaine. A search of the suspect revealed a loaded, unserialized firearm concealed in his waistband. A subsequent search uncovered a large amount of cash, a digital scale, and additional packages of suspected methamphetamine and cocaine.
The suspect was transported to Santa Clara County Jail and booked for possession of an illegal firearm and possession of narcotics for sale.”
