Vallejo Man Arrested for Alleged Possession, Distribution of CSAM
VACAVILLE, CA — “Detectives from the Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau, in partnership with the Sheriff’s Enforcement Team (SET), Benicia Police Department, Vacaville Police Department, and the Northern California Computer Crimes Task Force (NC3TF), served a search warrant recently in February 2026, at a residence in the 5800 block of Cabernet Drive in Vallejo. The operation resulted in the arrest of a Vallejo resident on felony charges related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The search warrant was served following an investigation into the online possession and distribution of child pornography. During the search, investigators located digital evidence consistent with the allegations.
Justin Luna, 31, of Vallejo, was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested on felony charges including:
Possession of child pornography
Distribution of child pornography
Luna was booked into the Solano County Jail with a $250,000 bail.
