Three Arrested After Traffic Stop Leads to Multiple Illegal Firearms

Sacramento, CA

“On the afternoon of January 11, (Sacramento) North Patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Hurley Way and Dealynn Street in the Arden Arcade area after observing vehicle code violations.

The occupants were identified as Amos Gbeintor,, 22, of Roseville, Jonathan Schooley-Tyson, 22, of Sacramento, and Emilio Palazzo, 29 of Roseville.

Gbeintor, the driver, did not have a driver’s license.

During the investigation, deputies recovered three illegal loaded firearms, including a Glock handgun, an FMK 9mm handgun, and a stolen Sig Sauer P320, along with other drugs and paraphernalia.

All three were arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on firearms-related charges.

All three have already since been released and are due in court today. Since California state law does not deem this as a “violent crime,” their booking photos are not available for release.”
