Three Arrested After Traffic Stop Leads to Multiple Illegal Firearms
Sacramento, CA
“On the afternoon of January 11, (Sacramento) North Patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Hurley Way and Dealynn Street in the Arden Arcade area after observing vehicle code violations.
The occupants were identified as Amos Gbeintor,, 22, of Roseville, Jonathan Schooley-Tyson, 22, of Sacramento, and Emilio Palazzo, 29 of Roseville.
Gbeintor, the driver, did not have a driver’s license.
During the investigation, deputies recovered three illegal loaded firearms, including a Glock handgun, an FMK 9mm handgun, and a stolen Sig Sauer P320, along with other drugs and paraphernalia.
All three were arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on firearms-related charges.
All three have already since been released and are due in court today. Since California state law does not deem this as a “violent crime,” their booking photos are not available for release.”
