Lake County Sheriff Investigates Felony Sexual Abuse Charges in Kelseyville
KELSEYVILLE, CA — January 5th 2025 — The Lake County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has initiated an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving juveniles. Authorities arrested Kyle Joseph Beck, 34, of Kelseyville, on December 29th, 2025, following the execution of a search warrant.
According to Lake County Superior Court records, the District Attorney’s Office filed a felony complaint against Beck on December 31, 2025. The charges include recurring sexual conduct with a minor under 14, lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under 14, and oral copulation with a victim under 10 years of age. The alleged incidents cited in the filings date back to 2016, 2021, and 2023.
Beck appeared for a complaint arraignment on December 31 before Judge Blum. He is currently represented by the Lake County Public Defender’s Office. At this time, legal proceedings are scheduled to continue as follows:
