Lodi Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Abuse, Exploitation of Two Teenagers

LODI, CA — “On November 5, 2025, the ASALT (Anti Sex and Labor Trafficking) Task Force, with assistance from SWAT and CASA, served a search and arrest warrant on the 1800 block of Holly Drive. The suspect, Joshua RAMIREZ of Lodi, is accused of exploiting a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old.

When SWAT arrived, RAMIREZ attempted to flee by jumping out of a bedroom window and tossing a backpack into a neighboring yard before returning inside. He later surrendered without further incident.

A search of the home and backpack uncovered $12,500 in cash, approximately 500 blue pills that tested presumptive positive for fentanyl, cocaine, suspected MDMA, and packaging materials commonly used in drug sales.

RAMIREZ was booked on a fresh charge of H&S 11351, as well as a Ramey warrant for two counts of PC 261(a)(3), two counts of PC 287(i), two counts of H&S 11353(c), PC 261.5(a), PC 261.5(d), and PC 311.1(a).”
